Busy Bees
Busy is just a word people use when you’re not a priority.
If they don’t ever have time for you, then you’re not important. To them.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it for you.
It is what it is.
You won’t matter to everyone.
But you will matter to someone.
Hold on to the idea of that someone. I promise you they are there.
Maybe you’ll run into them today, maybe tomorrow, maybe not for a couple of years. But you will meet someone you matter to.
In the meantime, make yourself matter to you.
Take yourself on dates. Take yourself on a trip. Experience moments that mold you into the best version of you.
When you meet someone who is the best version of them, you’ll know. You’ll click.
Everything will fit into place. The pieces will come together. Maybe not in your time frame but time is all relative anyway.
Trust God. Trust the universe. Trust that something out there is helping align your path perfectly.
Make yourself a priority.
In the end, it’s you and your thoughts and your actions that matter to the world.
In the end, it’s not about a boy who didn’t value you. Or a girl who didn’t think you were pretty.
It’s about you. Loving on yourself and loving on others no matter whether the others feel for you.
Feel for yourself. You deserve it.
